    Eddie Colley was our realtor for selling out house. We ran into a few obstacles during the process. What should have taken 30 days, dragged into more than 60 days and I believe that if we didn't have Eddie representing us we would not have closed. He was able to apply solutions for us and for our buyers from his previous experiences as a realtor. Eddie is a smart guy and we are happy he was working on our side. Yea, he's a hard worker too, seemingly tireless. He would take calls from us late in the evening because it was the only time my husband and I were available. He hired contractors to help us prepare the home for the sellers, he is so much more than just a realtor. I would recommend him to family and I recommend him to you.

    I was planning a trip to Asheville for business and booked my trip through Greybeard Rentals website. The process was easy and I found what I was looking for quickly. The property was clean and exactly what I was looking for. I received several emails leading up to my stay that helped me prepare for check in, things to do, and check out process (I need that kind of help...). I also utilized their app frequently to find my way back to the property after spending time in town, remembering my door code, and remembering what I was supposed to do when checking out. Lastly, I called the office and spoke to them about hiking options and they were able to give me quite a few wonderful options. Pictures included!

    Ronnie Seals is unprofessional, arrogant and greedy. He made mistakes on my tax returns that my new CPA said was due to lack of knowledge and laziness (not looking up the proper handling of the issues). He would not admit to making the errors; discussing this with him was like talking with a stubborn teenager. He's very immature. Stay away from him.

    Eddie Colley was the selling agent for our mountain home and the buying agent for our new home. He promoted our mountain home in several different manners, seeking out potential buyers. He didn't just wait for a buyer to express interest. Eddie sought out buyers. He provided highly professional pictures and an excellent video tour. At all times did he keep us informed with the status of any showings. At the time of closing, Eddie helped us through each step and was present for the process of selling our home and then buying another home. In both selling of our mountain home and buying a new home, he displayed exceptional negotiation skills. We highly recommend his services and will suggest him to any other individual looking for a real estate agent.
